To better accommodate patient geographical needs and call centers, the Schedule a Patient workflow has been updated with the ability to type in city name and/or zip code to dynamically change the distance parameters when searching for a provider.
Simply select the button 'Increase Search Radius' and you will see that providers populate from 'Any Miles.'
Additionally, there is a new organization referral setting to manage the default referral search radius that defaults to 'any miles', rather than the previously defaulted 25 miles. This new setting can be used to drive the default search radius for referrals. Additionally, the '25 miles' text and functionality was removed from 'Default Search Results' and added to 'Next Available' buttons.
