In this article, we will look at how to login to the Alluvium platform, provide some simple navigation tips, and guide you on changing your password.

You will need login credentials. 

To arrive at the Alluvium login page, simply type in the Alluvium URL: app.alluviumhealth.com into the search bar. Once on the login page, input your credentials and click the “login” button or press enter on your keyboard.

In the top right corner, you’ll notice two different toolbars. The bar on the top allows you to adjust your settings, sign out, and switch between the referral and admin portal. The white bar below that allows you to access specific features for each version of the portal.

To change your password, click on the “settings” tab on the top toolbar.

We’ve kept this page very simple so that all you have to do is input the necessary information in the three required fields and click submit. If, later on, you forget your password, you can contact support via Alluvium On-Call in the bottom right portion of the screen, and we can send you a password reset email.
